I baked this Vegan Dessert Quesadillas for my niece’s birthday party last weekend. The tortilla crisped with chocolate and fruit inside, and my niece loved them.

This dessert quesadilla recipe combines creamy chocolate with the freshness of fruits like banana and strawberries, all nestled in a crispy tortilla. Preparation takes about 15 minutes, and the recipe makes 2 servings.
Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
- Vegan whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Slice the banana and strawberries, and gather your vegan chocolate chips.
- Assemble the Quesadillas: On one half of each tortilla, spread the chocolate chips evenly. Arrange the banana and strawberry slices on top of the chocolate, then fold the tortillas in half.
- Cook the Quesadillas: In a skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat. Place the folded quesadillas in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
