Fudgy Vegan Chocolate Popsicles for an Easy Frozen Treat

I baked this Vegan Fudgesicles for my niece’s birthday party last weekend. The chocolate made them fudgy and cold, and my nephew loved them.

Easy Vegan Chocolate Popsicles

These chocolate popsicles are creamy and rich, with a fudgy texture that melts in your mouth. The recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare and requires a few hours to set, making it an easy and satisfying vegan dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Chopped nuts or chocolate chips for added texture

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Texture: If desired, stir in chopped nuts or chocolate chips for an extra crunch.
  3. Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.
  4. Insert Sticks: Place popsicle sticks into each mold.
  5. Freeze: Freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Unmold and Serve: To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Enjoy your fudgy vegan chocolate popsicles!
