I baked this Vegan Berry Granola for my friend’s dinner party last weekend. The berries made it fruity with golden clusters, and my niece liked it.
The combination of sweet and tangy berries adds a burst of flavor, while the golden clusters provide a delightful crunch. It’s easy to make, and you can customize it with your favorite nuts and seeds.
