Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 4 hours
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 cup digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
