This vegan peanut butter fudge features a creamy texture that is both satisfying and wholesome. Made with only a handful of ingredients, it comes together quickly and sets in the fridge for a delightful vegan dessert that everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder optional for chocolate fudge
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
