Delicious Vegan Coconut Bark with Crispy Flakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup crispy toasted flakes (such as rice or corn flakes)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried fruit (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a Baking Dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
