This vegan chocolate macaroons recipe creates delightful treats with a rich chocolate coating surrounding a soft coconut filling. The recipe yields about 12 macaroons and is sure to be a hit whether served at a party or enjoyed as a personal treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
