I baked this Vegan Chocolate Pecan Clusters for my friend’s dinner party last weekend. The pecans stayed crunchy in the fudge, and my uncle loved them.
Delicious Vegan Chocolate Pecan Clusters

These clusters feature a blend of silky dark chocolate and crunchy pecans, mixed together to form bite-sized treats. With a preparation time of just 15 minutes, this recipe makes about 12 clusters, perfect for sharing or enjoying as a personal snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan)
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut or dried fruit for added texture
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Once melted, add the chopped pecans, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Form the Clusters: Using a spoon, scoop out small portions of the mixture and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming clusters.
- Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
- Serve: Once set, remove the clusters from the refrigerator and enjoy as a crunchy vegan dessert. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
