  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or vegan chocolate chips

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine cocoa powder, coconut milk, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until blended and smooth.
  2. Heat Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Continuously stir until the mixture is warm and fully combined, ensuring it does not boil.
  3. Pour into Pan: Remove from heat and pour the fudge mixture into a lined square baking dish.
  4. Chill to Set: Place the dish in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
  5. Cut and Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into squares. Optionally top with nuts or chocolate chips before serving.
