Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds or walnuts
- 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup coconut cream (chilled)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a food processor, blend the nuts and dates until they form a sticky mixture. Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan to form the crust.

- Chill: Place the tart in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
