I made this Vegan Fudge for my aunt’s garden party last month. The fudge set rich and melt-in-your-mouth, and my dad loved it.
Rich Dairy-Free Fudge

The vegan fudge is made with cocoa powder, coconut milk, and maple syrup, giving it a smooth and creamy consistency. This recipe takes about 20 minutes to prepare and can be chilled to set. Ideal for sharing or as a personal treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine cocoa powder, coconut milk, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well until blended and smooth.
- Heat Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Continuously stir until the mixture is warm and fully combined, ensuring it does not boil.
- Pour into Pan: Remove from heat and pour the fudge mixture into a lined square baking dish.
- Chill to Set: Place the dish in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until the fudge is firm.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into squares. Optionally top with nuts or chocolate chips before serving.

I store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. The stay rich, and I let pieces come to room temperature before serving.
