I made this Vegan Chocolate Pecan Pie for my dad’s holiday dinner last month. The chocolate and pecans made it gooey, and my uncle said it was the best he tried.

I store the pie at room temperature for up to two days, or in the fridge for up to four days. The stay gooey, and I let slices come to room temperature before serving.
