Easy Vegan Brownie Bites for Chocolate Lovers

These vegan brownie bites are a delightful treat with a deep chocolate flavor and a fudgy texture. The recipe takes about 25 minutes to prepare and serves 12 bites.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. If using, fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
- Fill Muffin Tin: Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool: Allow the brownie bites to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve: Enjoy these vegan brownie bites warm or at room temperature. They’re great for parties or as a quick snack.
