I made this Vegan Maple Cream Candy for my aunt’s garden party last month. The maple made it creamy and melt-in-mouth, and my aunt liked it.
Delicious Melt-in-Your-Mouth Vegan Maple Candy

This Vegan Maple Cream Candy features a luscious blend of maple syrup and coconut cream, creating a smooth and rich treat that’s both satisfying and indulgent. The recipe is quick to prepare and requires only a few ingredients, making it an ideal choice for both experienced cooks and beginners.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup full-fat coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for added richness)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture: In a saucepan, combine the maple syrup, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and salt over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture begins to simmer.
- Cook Until Thickened: Allow the mixture to simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, until it thickens and reaches a fudge-like consistency.
- Pour into Molds: Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the mixture into silicone molds or a parchment-lined baking dish. Spread it evenly if using a dish.
- Chill to Set: Place the filled molds or dish in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours until the candy is firm and set.
- Serve: Once set, remove the candy from molds or cut into squares if in a dish. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

I store the maplecandy in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. The stay creamy, and I let pieces come to room temperature before serving.
