These apricot bars feature a rich, buttery base made with plant-based ingredients and are filled with a sweet apricot jam. The recipe is easy to follow and takes about 45 minutes from start to finish, making it perfect for bakers of all skill levels.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

- 1 cup apricot jam
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.
