Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole grain or spinach wraps
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • Hummus or vegan dressing for spreading (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Tofu: In a bowl, mix olive oil, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced tofu and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
