Fudgy Vegan Chocolate Pops for an Easy Frozen Treat

I baked this Vegan Chocolate Pops for my sister’s summer party last weekend. The chocolate set fudgy on the sticks, and my nephew loved them.

Easy Frozen Vegan Chocolate Dessert

Fudgy vegan chocolate pops on a wooden board, topped with nuts and coconut flakes.

These vegan chocolate pops are made with a mixture of cacao powder, nut milk, and a sweetener of your choice, frozen into popsicle molds for a refreshing dessert. The recipe yields about 6 pops and takes approximately 15 minutes to prepare, plus freezing time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, coconut flakes, or vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and salt until smooth and well combined.
  2. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. If using toppings, sprinkle them in before covering with the remaining mixture.
  3. Insert Sticks: Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  4. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  5. Serve: To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds. Gently pull out the chocolate pops and enjoy immediately.
